How to build a solar panel. DIY Solar cell tabbing & solar panel testing I bought 60+ solar cells that I tab and solder. This is a great DIY project. Caryl and Howard installed solar 8 months ago in San Diego. They give their views and opinions on going solar and using California Solar Innovations to install a solar electric system. Howard discusses the cost of electricity going up and how to help yourself with cost reduction. Retired couple chose to go Solar. Also discusses Condo association and Solar Installation.
